Woodley player and nutrition expert Mark B has made his Basketball Nutrition Advice available for the benefit of all club members. You can find it linked from the club documents page.

Table Rota

The table rota for the second half of the 2009/10 season is available on the club documents page.

Remember: it is your responsibility to find a replacement for a table duty if you are unavailable, so please check the rota for your allocated games. 

Wessex League Map

Levent has created a map showing the location of all courts used by Wessex League teams. There's no excuse for not being able to find an away venue now.
